We make each order as it is placed to ensure freshness and quality. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process and complete your order. Shipping time is not factored into our estimate of 7-10 business days, however, average within Ohio is within 1 to 4 business days. Orders are processed as first come, first served. Please review our Terms of Service for more details.

No, currently we are operating under Ohio's Cottage Food Law and are not permitted to ship our Coffee or Tea blends outside the state of Ohio.
We charge actual carrier rates and offer free shipping at $75+ (Ohio only while under Cottage Law). We pack orders to protect freshness and reduce waste, sometimes that means sturdier mailers or boxes. Samples don’t qualify for free shipping.
We don’t accept returns; all sales are final. Please reach out below if you believe there was an issue with your order and we will work with you to resolve the concern. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Please note: Our wholesale program does not allow cafés or competing beverage businesses to rebrand or white-label our products. All coffee and tea must remain labeled and promoted as Cool Coffee Co.™ or Cool Tea Co.™.
All of our coffee beans are sourced from a family owned and operated enterprise and we only purchase the highest quality beans possible.
All of our herbs and dry tea components are ethically sourced. They are a SQF-certified facility and are third-party tested by an ISO-Certified lab partner to ensure exceptional quality.
Cottage Law allows us to craft our coffee and tea blends from home, making it possible for us to share fresh, small-batch products directly with you. It applies to non-potentially hazardous foods such as roasted coffee beans and dried tea blends. This gives us the flexibility to focus on quality, creativity, and care in every batch.
We roast and blend in small batches using high-quality coffees and ethically sourced teas. Recent inflation, tariffs, and freight costs affect green coffee, tea botanicals, flavorings, and packaging. We keep margins modest so we can pay fair prices to producers, maintain quality, and still offer subscriber savings and rewards.
Yes! Product subscriptions save 10% on every recurring order. New subscribers sometimes may receive a one-time intro offer (e.g., 10% off the first subscription order). You can also earn Cool Points™ and redeem them for discounts / deals. Exclusions may apply (e.g., samples, merchandise, etc).
