How roast and ship dates work
Estimates, not guarantees. The roast date we show is our best estimate.
First come, first roasted. Orders roast in the order they're received, so a busy week can move yours to the next roast day.
Roast date isn't ship date. Your order ships after roasting. Some coffees, like our flavored blends, need extra time before they're ready.
Closed days. Holidays and days we're closed move roasting to the next roast day.
We'll keep you posted. You get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
