This Honduran decaf coffee whispers rich, smooth, and chocolatey notes. It offers a full bodied, low acidity cup that is hard to tell its decaf. The high-altitude grown beans originate from small producers in Honduras, then undergo decaffeination via the Mountain Water Process. This 100% water-based, solvent-free method hydrates the bean and uses a saturated aqueous extract to filter out caffeine via a gradient. The process removes on average ~96% of the caffeine without using any harsh chemicals or solvents. This coffee is perfect for anyone looking for that full coffee flavor without the caffeine.
